Order Processing & Fulfillment

Processing Window: Every order undergoes a strict fulfillment sequence including payment verification, secure packaging, and a rigorous quality control check. This process takes 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday) before the package is formally dispatched from our international fulfillment hub.
- Tracking Activation: As soon as your order is handed over to our global logistics partners, you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. Please allow 2–3 business days after receiving the email for the logistics carrier to scan the package and update the tracking status online.
Global Shipping & Estimated Delivery Windows
We offer fully tracked international shipping to accommodate athletes around the globe. To ensure a seamless experience, we utilize optimized international courier networks.

Standard Tracked Shipping: 5 – 14 business days (depending on destination destination efficiency).
- Priority Promotional Shipping: When active, specific promotional tiers at checkout may offer priority dispatch and faster delivery routing.
Please Note: These delivery windows are estimates based on current logistics performance. Total transit times do not include potential customs clearance check-points or local postal service processing bottlenecks, which vary by destination.
Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Failures
You are strictly responsible for ensuring that your shipping address, contact name, and delivery details are completely accurate at the moment of checkout.
- We cannot modify, cancel, or reroute shipments once they have been processed and dispatched from our fulfillment center.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the package is left unclaimed at your local postal hub, a re-shipping fee will apply to dispatch a replacement.
- HydraFlex is not responsible for packages that are stolen, lost, or misplaced after the logistics carrier officially marks the package status as "Delivered."
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International shipments may occasionally be subject to local import duties, VAT, or customs fees depending on your country's regulations.
- These external charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
- The customer is solely responsible for any regional customs fees or import taxes applied by your local government to release the package.
Delayed or Missing Shipments
If your package has not arrived within our estimated delivery window, please perform the following steps before contacting support:
- Check the live tracking link in your confirmation email to see the package's current customs or transit status.
- Verify with family members or neighbors to ensure it wasn't accepted on your behalf.
- Contact your local post office or courier service with your tracking number, as they often hold packages for local pick-up.
If your tracking link has not updated for more than 10 consecutive business days, please contact our global support desk immediately at HydraFlexSupport@gmail.com, and we will launch a formal investigation with the carrier to resolve the issue or dispatch a priority replacement.
